VIAND LA is a 2-person team between Viet Hoang, Independent Facilitator, and Iren Siosan, Nurse Advocate. They have been well versed in disability advocacy and support since their child’s speech delay in 2020 and eventual Autism diagnosis in 2021.

Viet has worked in accounting for 20+ years and Iren has been a pediatric nurse for 18 years.  After experiencing their own family's journey navigating services and resources, they have been helping other families informally by sharing knowledge and establishing collaborative relationships on the Westside.

Viet decided to officially become an Independent Facilitator after many families in his network have been experiencing difficulties accessing SDP due to long waitlists for other IFs.

VIAND LA’s services stand out in providing algorithms for supports and simplifying complex steps to a more digestible format to assist families during stressful decision making.
